Tailored training sessions

When an ISAC has matured, it may be suitable to discuss the option of performing training sessions. Training has the intention to even out differences in preparedness and resilience levels between the ISAC members and to raise capacity throughout the ISAC. With internal training sessions, members benefit from the expertise from within the ISAC. Through external training sessions, organisers could either promote or register members to relevant courses, or contract a trainer who prepares a tailor-made course for members.
