Information Sharing and Analysis Centres (ISACs) are non-profit, trusted hubs designed to improve cybersecurity resilience across critical sectors by enabling the collection, analysis, and secure exchange of threat information between public and private stakeholders. Supported by the NIS2 Directive, ISACs help operationalise incident reporting and foster proactive, coordinated responses to cyber threats.
ENISA actively supports the creation, growth, and effective operation of ISACs—providing best-practice guidance, facilitating collaboration, and promoting sectoral cooperation. By bringing together a diverse range of stakeholders—from energy and finance to transport—ISACs play a vital role in strengthening Europe’s collective cyber defence and enabling shared learning and innovation.
Below you can find a list of ISACs that ENISA has collaborated with, either through capacity-building support, strategic engagement, or participation in the EU ISACs Council.
ENISA regularly organises the EU ISACs Summit, bringing together key representatives from Information Sharing and Analysis Centres (ISACs) across the EU. The summit provides a valuable opportunity for ISAC members to meet in person, exchange insights on their activities, share successes and challenges, and explore ways to collaborate more closely with ENISA. Details on the upcoming edition will be shared soon.
