These security incidents have been notified by trust service providers (TSPs) to national supervisory bodies in the different EU Member States as incidents having a significant impact on the security of their services. Subsequently the supervisory bodies send annual summary reports about these security incidents to ENISA and the European Commission. ENISA collects the summary reports and aggregates them to present a single EU-wide overview.
