These incidents have been first reported nationally by telecom providers to the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) in the different EU Member States as incidents having a significant impact on the operation of telecom services and networks. Subsequently the NRAs send a summary report about these incidents to ENISA and the European Commission. ENISA collects the summary reports and aggregates them to present a single EU-wide overview.
